Barefoot Paradise Vacations is a full service property management company. Since our inception, we have lived by our mission statement as our guide and have not wavered from that goal. We do not strive to be the largest management company in Barefoot Resort, but we do strive to be the best.

Our staff has extensive marketing and property management experience. Our guest clientele is from the US, Canada, Britain and parts of Europe. We want all of our guests to have the best vacation experience possible and we work hard to insure their satisfaction. We expect to have a repeat customer base of 75%, which allows us to spend our time and marketing dollars on capturing new rentals for your property.

In addition to publications, brochures, newspaper advertising, magazine advertising, we also have a major presence on the Internet. Our site, www.barefootparadisevacations.com, allows Internet browsers to view our properties, ask questions and ultimately contact our offices for additional information and booking. Because we wish to carefully screen all guests, we do not allow online bookings. Many of our guests are new to Barefoot Resort and we have found by Internet and telephone conversations we are able to sway potential guests in our direction and away from other popular resorts and the oceanfront.

As a member of the Barefoot Paradise Vacations family of property owners, your property will be quickly added to our database and WEB site. We also immediately train our staff on your property, its amenities and unique features that will allow them to quickly begin marketing your property to prospective guests.
