This fantastic townhome has it all, with two levels, bedrooms up and downstairs, an outdoor porch and just steps from the beautiful pool at Heron Bay in Barefoot Resort. Downstairs is the stunning master suite, impeccably decorated with very upscale furnishings and posh bedding. The room has a triple dresser, two night stands, ceiling fan and TV with a DVD player for those late night movies. Adjoining the master suite is a spacious private bath suite with a deep garden tub, walk in shower, double vanities and a walk in closet.
Downstairs is the wonderful living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The space is open for conversation, yet separated enough for different activities! A big screen TV with DVD player completes the living room entertainment area. There are plenty of movies too in case it rains here in paradise! If three bedrooms is still not enough space, part of the beautiful sectional sofa pulls out to make a comfortable queen sleeper. A half bath off the living area conveniently serves you or friends dropping over. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with sparkling new dishes, small appliances and plenty of cookware. Keep the cook company at the breakfast bar overlooking the screened porch, backyard and pool. The complete dining room is just off the kitchen and large enough to accommodate your entire group. The bar height seating is perfect for eating while watching a game or movie from the living room TV.
The full size laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen area, as is the garage with direct access into the home from the garage. One additional car can park in the driveway.
Upstairs are two more spacious bedrooms. One serves as a second master suite, outfitted with beautiful twin sleigh beds, triple dresser and a TV with a DVD player. A private full bath suite joins this room. Another bedroom has two twin beds and another TV with DVD player, a perfect room for the kids. There is a third full bath in the hall serving this twin room. And you will find books, games, and lots of entertainment items in the upstairs loft area.
Relax and enjoy the tranquil nature sounds from the screened and furnished porch off the kitchen area. There is a huge backyard for outdoor games and just a few steps out the back door is the community pool, complete with lounge chairs, umbrella tables, full bathrooms, showers and more! It just does not get any better than this!
