This beautifully custom decorated Waterway villa is filled with splashes of color and creativity displaying the owner’s fine style and excellent taste. A splendid golf theme surrounds this spacious two bedroom, two full bath retreat that has been meticulously maintained. The villa is located on the third floor, providing breathtaking views of the Waterway and the Greg Norman fairway, sprawling all across the lush tropical landscape. The villa has soaring vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans throughout and so many extras not found in many rentals.
The gathering room has an easy pull out queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment center filled with a big screen television and a DVD/VCR. Bring some DVD’s and enjoy! The adjoining dining room is lovely and seats four. The kitchen, which is bright and cheerful, is fully loaded with upscale appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.
The master suite is simply divine with deluxe furnishings and appointments, including a dresser, TV, walk in closet and private bath suite. There is even a boom box for playing your favorite CD’s outside on the lanai while you watch the boats glide down the Waterway. The king bed can easily be converted into two twins. All you need to do is ask! The twin suite is on the opposite end of the villa with its own TV area and nearby bath suite. There is also a neatly tucked away laundry room! What’s more, we furnish just about everything in our hand picked luxury villas. You will be amazed with our amenities and personal service.
