An attractive two bedroom/two bath golf villa awaits you for the perfect winter retreat or vacation any time of the year. Located on the third floor, with cathedral ceilings and no noise above you, with over 1,110 square feet of comfortable living space, this villa will delight golfers, families and our winter snowbirds. Enjoy terrific views of the Greg Norman 4th fairway from the screened outdoor room while relaxing with your morning coffee! A great way to start your day!
The open floor plan makes the great room perfect for gathering, entertaining and family fun. A comfortable sofa and chair make it easy to view the golf channel or any of the many other cable channels offered at our Grand Strand resort. Bring some movies for the DVD player too. The sofa also opens out to a queen sleeper for any additional guests. You may want to dine in and take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Dining choices are many, with the pool picnic area and our fabulous onsite restaurants.
The charming master suite located off the great room is complete with plush king size bed, a thick king mattress pad, private TV viewing area, and full dresser for ample storage, including a walk in closet. As shown in the photos, the king bed can easily be converted into twin beds to accommodate the needs of our guests. A private bath with a shower/tub enclosure adjoins the master suite.
The delightful second bedroom has two twin beds. A full closet, dresser and TV and another DVD player are sure to please any guests. A second full bath accommodates the second bedroom and guests. The laundry room is conveniently located off the foyer. No need to take home dirty clothes!
We also provide linens, towels and an amazing array of starter, kitchen, bath and laundry amenities. The expansive and beautiful landscaped River Crossing pool is just steps from your front door and complete with a BBQ and picnic area. Our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool on the waterway by the marina. Our seasonal shuttle will pick you up at the community entrance and have you on the beach in minutes!
