The kitchen, painted a sunny yellow with a contrasting green wall, is well stocked with everything needed, from cookware, to dinnerware, and an unbelievable assortment of utensils. The gourmet chef will be quite pleased! The appliances are top of the line and there is an abundance of cabinet and pantry space! A cute table with two chairs complement the kitchen area and serve as a breakfast nook. There is also a formal dining area with seating for six. Perfect for a large family or entertaining! There is also a full sized laundry room tucked away off the kitchen. We’ve thought of everything!
The tropical theme continues in the living room with a plush designer sofa and chair! The sofa easily converts to a comfortable queen sleeper should you need more sleeping space. Bright colors harmonize to create a soothing, relaxing atmosphere that is very enjoyable! A built-in entertainment center with a large screen flat screen TV completes this tropical oasis! There is a VCR and DVD combo player and many games for our guests to enjoy. From the living room, you have access to the screened-in, furnished lanai, where you will enjoy amazing views! The lanai is an awesome place to sit and read a book, or enjoy a cocktail while watching the golfers pass by! Take pleasure in our beautiful weather and lush landscape.
There are two master suites in this spacious luxury condominium. One master is located on each end of the condominium with a third bedroom in the middle off the entrance foyer. Look at the floor plan for a better idea of this perfectly designed property. The amazing front master suite has a king size bed, TV viewing area, stereo and CD player, and a cozy sitting area, and direct access to the screened-in lanai! There is a luxurious private bath with a Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and double vanities. It must be seen to be believed! The middle bedroom has a queen size bed and is decorated in with a nautical theme. There is a large triple dresser with mirror, full closet and a TV viewing area. There is direct access from this bedroom to the third full bath, also opening to the foyer for the convenience of guests. The third bedroom, which is actually a second master suite, is bright and sunny with another king size bed and TV viewing area! This suite also has a private bath with Jacuzzi, walk-in shower and double vanities!
